Bison Appoints John Morehead Vice President of Sales and Marketing: Matt Hanson named VP, Innovation Center 11/1/2006 - BISON APPOINTS NEW VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING Names Matt Hanson Vice President, Innovation Center November 1, 2006 - Bison Gear and Engineering, a leading manufacturer of fractional horsepower motors, gearmotors, and reducers, is pleased to announce that John Morehead has been appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing. John was previously employed by Bodine Electric Company, where he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In addition to a successful career at Bodine, John has an extensive background in technology acquisition and alliances in U.S. and international markets. John will be working with the team at Bison to achieve our vision of being “The best provider of power transmission solutions throughout the world”. Bison has also named Matthew Hanson Vice President, Innovation Center. This organization will be charged with the successful creation of innovative products whose development started with the award of our National Science Foundation Grant. The Innovation Center will examine leading edge technologies in electronics, motor design, materials science, and manufacturing processes in their product development projects.
