Bison Return Policy

RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS CONDITIONAL UPON CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS: All warranty returns are subject to inspection to determine eligibility for warranty. Items not within the warranty period, or when the cause of failure is not due to manufacturing defect, will not be processed as a warranty return and may be subject to inspection, repair, and/or shipping charges. If manufacture finds no problem with the item(s), customer is subject to manufacture's charges and all shipping charges.

Bison Gear will repair / replace and return warranty items. It is not our policy to issue credit only.

There is a $40 evaluation fee to return units that are known to be out of warranty. This fee will be included in the repair charge if applicable. (included -  not an additional charge)

There is a 15% restock fee on stock returns. Units must be in original packaging and unused. Otherwise credit will not be issued.

For "Returns to Stock" of configured products (including IHP)
Bison Gear will charge the customer a 25% Restocking Fee. Additionally, the customer is responsible for ensuring proper delivery of the returned item's to Bison's facility in St. Charles, IL., including any shipping charges or damage incurred during transit. Products must be unused and returned in original packaging. If original packaging was damaged or is otherwise insufficient for return transit, the customer is responsible for ensuring product arrives at Bison's facility undamaged. If upon inspection the product is damaged, Bison will not issue credit.
